We talk your talk
Too often, lawyers talk in legal jargon and about things that you don’t understand. We don’t do this. We give clear explanations and advice and take the time to make sure you understand what you are doing. The law is not as complicated as many law firms make it out to be. Most of the time, it is just common sense.
We are experts
We are experts at what we do. Because we are experts, you can be sure that the advice we give you is right and the solutions that we put forward are the best for you. We do not, however, dabble in areas of law we are not experts at. If you ask us to do something that is not within our area of expertise, we will not ‘give it a go’ but will instead refer you to someone else that we know is an expert in that area.
Fair and transparent pricing
We will tell you upfront what our services will cost, and will bill you what we have said we will. Where we can, we will do work for a fixed fee. This means that it won’t matter how much time the work takes to complete or how often you call us or meet with us – it will still cost the same. Where possible, we will avoid time-based billing. For us, relationships and value-for-money solutions are more important than being able to bill every minute of our time.
Up with the times
Technology and methods of communication are ever evolving. We pride ourselves in being at the forefront of this and using the most effective means of communicating with you and managing your documents and information. Our files are primarily maintained electronically, as are all your important documents. This enables us to easily access your documents and provide them to you in a timely and cost-effective manner. In time, we hope to be able to do more with you via the internet. (Watch this space!)
