Too often, lawyers talk in legal jargon and about things it's hard to understand. We don’t do this. We give clear explanations and advice and take the time to make sure you understand what you are doing. The law is not as complicated as many law firms make it out to be. Most of the time, it is just common sense.
We are experts at what we do. You can be sure that the advice we give you is right and the solutions that we put forward are the best for you. We don't dabble in areas of law where we're not experts. If you ask us to do something that is not within our area of expertise, we will not ‘give it a go’ but will instead refer you to someone we know is an expert in that area.
We will tell you upfront what our services will cost and will charge you what we have said we will. Where we can, we will do work for a fixed fee. This means that it won’t matter how much time the work takes to complete or how often you call us or meet with us – it will still cost the same. Where possible, we will avoid time-based billing. Our focus is on delivering value-based solutions and building strong relationships, rather than billing you for every minute you speak with us.
